HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em> Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Halmahera Barat (Halbar) menegaskan sudah memberhentikan Aparatur Negeri Sipil (ASN) mantan nara pidana kasus korupsi.<\/p>\n

Penegasan ini disampaikan pihak BKD dan Diklat Setda Halbar menyusul adanya surat teguran dari Kemendagri yang memberikan deadline waktu 14 hari untuk segera memberhentikan ASN kasus korupsi.<\/p>\n

Sekretaris BKD dan Diklat Abdul Latif, Senin (8\/7) mengatakan di tahun 2018, Pemkab telah memberhentikan dua ASN eks napi kasus korupsi yakni Abdul Gazali, mantan bendahara Dinas Sosial (Dinsos) dan Hilce, mantan bendahara Kecamatan Tobaro.<\/p>\n

Pemberhentian kedua ASN ini berdasarkan surat nomor 556.A\/KPTS\/V\/2018 tertanggal 30 Mei 2018. \u201cJadi untuk kedua oknum ASN yang sudah dipecat sampai saat ini tidak lagi menerima hak-haknya. Dan surat tembusan juga sudah kami sampaikan ke BKN regional Manado dan BKN pusat,” katanya.<\/p>\n

Selain Gazali dan Hilce, dia mengaku terdapat salah satu ASN eks napi korupsi bernama Awam Adam, namun yang bersangkutan kini telah tercatat sebagai ASN di Pemkab Halmahera Selatan (Halsel). \u201cSetelah dicek di aplikasi, sudah pindah ke Halsel,\u201d tukasnya.
