HARIANHALMAHERA.COM-<\/i><\/b>\u00a0Angka partisipasi kasar (APK) siswa bersekolah rupanya masih jauh dari target Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (RPJMN) 2014-2019. Inilah yang menjadi catatan Lembaga Perlindungan Anak (LPA) Generasi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Direktur Eksekutif LPA Generasi Ena Nurjanah mengatakan saat ini APK siswa yang bersekolah semakin menurun seiring meningkatnya jenjang pendidikan. Ini menandakan semakin banyak anak yang tidak bersekolah dan tidak mampu meraih jenjang pendidikan lebih tinggi.<\/p>\n

Ena menjelaskan partisipasi di tingkat Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) ditargetkan 77,2 persen namun realisasinya baru mencapai 37,92 persen. Sementara untuk tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD) targetya 114,1 persen namun baru mencapai 108,61 persen. Begitu juga dengan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA).<\/p>\n

“SMP seharusnya 106,9 persen sekarang baru sampai 91,52 persen. SMA targetnya 91 persen sekarang baru 80,68 persen. Jadi belum ada yang tercapai,” kata Ena dalam diskusi bertajuk ‘PR Pendidikan di Hari Anak’ di Cikini, Jakarta Pusat, dilansir\u00a0medcom.id<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kondisi ini menurut Ena akan mempersulit terwujudnya wajib belajar 12 tahun. Seperti yang menjadi Target Pembangunan Berkelanjutan atau Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) tahun 2030 yakni menjamin kualitas pendidikan yang inklusif dan meningkatkan kesempatan belajar untuk semua.<\/p>\n

Untuk itu Ena meminta pemerintah lebih gencar untuk mendorong partisipasi terhadap anak yang tidak bersekolah. “Kuncinya kemauan kuat dan keputusan politik dari pemerintah agar seluruh anak Indonesia bisa mengenyam pendidikan,” jelas dia.(mdi\/fir)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
