HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em> Masalah kekurangan guru di Indonesia belum juga selesai. Sampai saat ini kekurangan guru diperkirakan 707 ribu orang. Untuk mengatasi itu, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud) rencana akan merekrut guru secara berkala selama lima tahun ke depan.<\/p>\n

Direktur Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK), Supriano berharap, selama lima tahun bisa direkrut sebanyak 707 ribu guru untuk memenuhi kekurangan tersebut. Untuk mengisi kekosongan tersebut, pada tahun ini Kemendikbud berencana menambah kebutuhan guru melalui perekrutan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) 2019 yang akan datang.<\/p>\n

“Minimal kita setiap tahun merekrut 100 ribu guru,” kata Supriano, saat ditemui usai Rapat Koordinasi Gala Siswa Indonesia, di Hotel Grand Sahid, Jakarta, Selasa (23\/7), dilansir republika.co.id<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ia mengatakan, terkait hal ini pihaknya berencana melakukan diskusi dengan Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Kemenpan-RB) serta kepala daerah. Menurut Supriano, pertemuan antara pihak terkait soal perekrutan guru ini akan dilakukan pada 30 Juli 2019.<\/p>\n

Ia menambahkan, perdasarkan aturan guru yang direkrut sebanyak 30 persen dari CPNS dan 70 persen dari pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK). Namun, untuk jumlah yang akan direkrut tahun ini masih belum bisa dipastikan karena masih harus dibicarakan dengan kepala daerah dan juga Kemenpan-RB serta Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN).<\/p>\n

Lebih lanjut, ia mengatakan, pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 69 ribu guru lolos melalui jalur seleksi CPNS. Selanjutnya, pada awal 2019 dibuka jalur seleksi PPPK dan meloloskan sekitar 34 ribu guru.(rep\/fir)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
