{"id":39877,"date":"2023-08-25T08:29:22","date_gmt":"2023-08-25T00:29:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=39877"},"modified":"2023-08-25T08:29:22","modified_gmt":"2023-08-25T00:29:22","slug":"setelah-ditetapkan-tersangka-oknum-dokter-di-ternate-lapor-balik-pelapor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=39877","title":{"rendered":"Setelah Ditetapkan Tersangka, Oknum Dokter di Ternate Lapor Balik Pelapor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>HARIANHALMAHERA.COM&#8211; <\/em><\/strong>oknum dokter di Ternate berinisial IF (24) ternyata membuat laporan pengaduan balik atas kasus tindak pidana penganiayaan dengan terlapor FN (28) ke Satreskrim Polres Ternate, setelah dirinya resmi ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus serupa yang dilaporkan FN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebelumnya dokter IF ditetapkan sebagai tersangka atas kasus dugaan penganiayaan terhadap FN pada Minggu 20 Agustus 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kasat Satreskrim Polres Ternate, Iptu. Bondan Manikotomo, mengaku bahwa oknum dokter tersebut setelah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka telah membuat laporan balik terhadap FN dengan kasus yang sama, namun laporan tersebut dilimpahkan ke Polsek Ternate Selatan, karena kasusnya sama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cKarena tidak bisa pada kasus yang sama ditangani dalam satu Unit antara pelapor dengan pelapor sehingga kami limpahkan ke Polsek,\u201dkatanya, kamis (24\/8).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sementara Kapolsek Ternate Selatan, Iptu. Suherman, membenarkan adanya laporan oknum dokter tersebut dan saat ini sudah ditindaklanjuti dengan meminta keterangan pelapor dan sejumlah saksi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDokter itu buat laporan di Polres, tapi polres limpahkan ke Polsek, mereka bilang pada kasus yang sama tidak bisa ditangani dalam satu Unit. Laporan pengaduannya sekarang penyidik sedang menangani dan sudah dimintai keterangan kepada kedua belah pihak termasuk saksi-saksi,\u201dujarnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; text-align: justify; background: white;\">\u201cPerlu ditegaskan bahwa oknum dokter tidak membuat laporan ke Polsek, tapi ke Polres, kami Polsek hanya
