{"id":40206,"date":"2023-09-07T09:36:57","date_gmt":"2023-09-07T01:36:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=40206"},"modified":"2023-09-08T14:43:12","modified_gmt":"2023-09-08T06:43:12","slug":"tp-pkk-dp3a-kolaborasi-gelar-pelatihan-pencatatan-laporan-satgas-ppa-kelurahah-se-kota-ternate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/harianhalmahera.com\/?p=40206","title":{"rendered":"TP PKK-DP3A Kolaborasi Gelar Pelatihan Pencatatan Laporan Satgas PPA Kelurahah se-Kota Ternate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>HARIANHALMAHERA.COM&#8211; <\/em><\/strong>maraknya tindak kekerasan pada anak yang terjadi beberapa bulan lalu di Kota Ternate, ternyata membuat Tim Penggerak Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (TP PKK)\u00a0dan Dinas Pemberdayaan Perlinduangan Perempuan dan Anak (DP3A) Kota Ternate bergerak serentak dengan mengadakan Pelatihan Pencatatan Laporan bagi Satgas PPA yang ada disetiap Kelurahan di Kota Ternate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pelatihan yang berlangsung selama dua hari dimulai pada tanggal 5 sampai 6 September dan dipusatkan dipusatkan di Jati Hotel Kecamatan Kota Ternate Selatan itu dibuka secara resmi oleh Ketua TP PKK Kota Ternate, Marliza Marsaoly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marliza, dalam sambutannya mengatakan kegiatan ini merupakan penguatan kembali setelah Satgas PPA tersebut dibentuk 2 tahun lalu dan sebagai garda terdepan tentu Satgas ini diharapkan dapat menjalankan segala program pemerintah dalam hal pemberdayaan, dan perlindungan terhadap anak dan perempuan (PPA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Istri Walikota Ternate ini juga berharap gerakan inovatif ini sedianya menjadi pelopor dan pelapor dalam menanggapi situasi ketika perempuan dan anak mendapatkan perlakuan yang tidak diharapkan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTarget kedepan, Satgas ini dapat bekerja maksimal bermodal pengetahuan yang mumpuni sekligus menjadi perpanjangan tangan DP3A disetiap Kelurahan yang ada di Kota Ternate,\u201dkatanya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senada disampaikan Ketua panitia pelaksana kegiatan, Fitria Buamona, bahwa tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini adalah memperkuat simpul-simpul strategis di Kelurahan tentang pengetahuan penanganan laporan terkait tindak kekerasan terhadap anak, dikarenakan simpul ini yang berada digarda terdepan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSebab merekalah yang nantinya orang pertama yang berada dilapangan atau di Kelurahan masing-masing,\u201dujarnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sementara Kepala DP3A Kota Ternate, Marjorie S. Amal menambahkan bahwa isu perlindungan terhadap perempuan dan anak bukan saja tanggungjawab pemerintah tapi juga tanggung jawab semua, baik itu pemerintah maupun masyarakat, LSM dan lain sebagainya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIbu-ibu yang sudah dikukuhkan sebagai Satgas di kleurahan masing-masing harus punya pengetahuan soal penanganan tindak kekerasan terhadap
