Sebab, dengan begitu, Desa bisa jadi mandiri. Hal itu disampaikan Koordinator Tenaga Ahli (TA) PMD, Sukemi Arfah. Menurut Sukemi, Kebijakan Pemerintah pusat mengalokasikan dana yang cukup fantastik itu, berharap desa bisa keluar dari kemiskinan. Salah satu cara keluar dari kemiskinan adalah \u00a0berinovasi. Tujuannya, menyulap potensi desa menjadi uang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Kegiatan BID ini merupakan sarana berbagi ide, mencari pilihan yang tepat memajukan desa,&#8221;Jelas Kemi sapaan Akrabnya. Kamis, (03\/10) pada kegiatan BID di Kecamatan Tobelo Utara.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih jauh lagi, sambung Kemi BID sendiri, \u00a0mengajak sejumlah perangkat desa menuangkan rencana program kedepan yang dituangakan dalam kartu Ide. Setelah itu, baru dimasukan dalam kartu komitmen. Dan itu kemudian harus direalisasi pada program berikutanya. Program yang ditawarkan pun cenderung membangkitkan geliat ekonomi di desa. Supaya, prioritas Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD), tepat sasaran.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Semoga program yang sudah dicanangkan lewat kartu Komitmen, dapat dianggarkan dalam program berikutnya. Melalui, BID Ayo bangun komitmen berinovasi untuk jadi desa mandiri,&#8221;harap Kemi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sementara itu, dalam kegiatan BID di Kecamatan Tobut, dihadiri oleh 10 kepala Desa serta perangkat desa lainnya. Kebanyakan Kades mengisi kartu Ide dan Komitmen cenderung berinovasi mengembangkan pariwisata. Karena, Sejumlah Desa khusus di Tobut, punya potensi pariwisata yang memukau.
