Tapi jika tidak berlebihan, hal-hal buruk ini bisa berdampak baik bagi tubuh.Ada banyak cara yang bisa dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan seseorang seperti dari makanan yang dikonsumsinya mengandung berbagai nutrisi dan juga gaya hidup yang sehat.<\/p>\n<p>Di antara berbagai macam cara sehat, ada hal-hal yang dikategorikan &#8216;buruk&#8217; tapi bisa memberikan efek positif bagi kesehatan, seperti dikutip dari <em>Medindia<\/em>, Selasa (4\/12\/2012) yaitu:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Kafein<\/strong><br \/>\nKafein diketahui bisa membuat otot rileks yang membantu mengurangi gejala asma. Serta bisa juga membantu melepaskan asam lemak ke dalam aliran darah, sehingga penting dalam berbagai proses fisiologis.<\/p>\n<p>Tapi bagi orang yang inkontinensia urine atau feses harus membatasi konsumsi kafein karena cenderung mengendurkan otot-otot sphincter yang justru memperburuk keadaan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Stress<\/strong><br \/>\nSebagian besar orang pasti takut dan berusaha menghindari stres, karena dianggap penyebab penyakit berbahaya seperti serangan jantung atau tekanan darah tinggi. Tapi penelitian menunjukkan stres pada jumlah tertentu baik untuk kinerja seseorang.<\/p>\n<p>Ini karena kondisi tersebut merangsang dan meningkatkan kemampuan mental serta membantu seseorang keluar dari zona nyaman, membuat kinerja di tempat kerja menjadi lebih baik dan meningkatkan keberhasilan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Es krim<\/strong><br \/>\nEs krim adalah makanan dengan nilai indeks glikemik rendah sehingga membantu perlambat pelepasan energi. Kondisi ini membuat seseorang merasa puas untuk jangka waktu lama dan kandungan susunya berkontribusi terhadap asupan vitamin dan mineral.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Cokelat<\/strong><br \/>\nCokelat diketahui bisa tingkatkan suasana hati dan membuat orang jadi bahagia. Selain itu, produk cacao dan cokelat memiliki keuntungan lain yaitu bisa mencegah diare dan batuk, mersangsang otak serta bisa meningkatkan gairah seks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
