HARIANHALMAHERA.COM– <\/strong><\/em>Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula (Kepsul) akhirnya respon cepat terhadap aksi mogok kerja oleh sejumlah dokter RSUD Sanana. Pihaknya pun komitmen untuk tuntaskan hak para garda terdepan tersebut, yakni berjanji akan membayar seluruh insentif yang tertunggak pada pekan depan.<\/p>\n

Hal itu disampaikan langsung oleh Kepala Dinkes Kepsul, Apt. Suryati Abdullah, dihadapan para dokter dalam pertemuan yang berlangsung Sabtu (5\/7) siang tadi. Kadinskes Kepsul pun menyampaikan bahwa insentif dokter yang belum dibayar itu terjadi bukan lantaran tunggakan melainkan hanya keterlambatan bayar akibat terkendala pada administrasi.<\/p>\n

\u201cJadi ini karena ada sedikit kendala administrasi yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pembayaran insentif dokter. Akan tetapi, kami pastikan bahwa dalam jangka waktu dekat insentif dokter segera dibayar,\u201dkatanya.<\/p>\n

Keterlambatan pembayaran insentif dokter tersebut terjadi menurutnya, disebabkan sistem SIPD (Sistem Informasi Pemerintah Daerah) yang masih terkunci beberapa waktu kemarin.<\/p>\n

\u201cTapi alhamdulillah, saat ini kami sudah melakukan perbaikan administrasi untuk memproses pembayaran insentif dokter,\u201dujarnya.<\/p>\n

Hasil pertemuan bersama tersebut lanjutnya, dokter tetap melaksanakan kewajiban dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik pada masyarakat, sementara pemerintah daerah berkomitmen untuk segera menyelesaikan hak-hak mereka.<\/p>\n
