HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/em> <\/strong>\u00a0setelah sebelumnya penyidik Ditreskrimsus Polda Malut tetapkan Sekda Taliabu bersama mantan Kepala DPMD dan Ketua Pokja ULP sebagai tersangka korupsi Dana Desa (DD), kini giliran Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Pulau Taliabu unjuk gigi dengan memborgol tiga orang koruptor dana penyertaan modal tahun anggaran 2020 ke PT Taliabu Jaya Mandiri (TJM), setelah resmi ditetapkan tersangka.<\/p>\n

Ketiga orang yang ditersangkakan oleh penyidik Kejari Pultab itu adalah berinisial HAK selaku direktur utama (Dirut) PT. TJM, Direktur Keuangan inisial FS dan IM, oknum ASN Pemkab Pultab pada Badan Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) Pulau Taliabu.<\/p>\n

Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kajari) Pulau Taliabu, Nurwinardi, membenarkan adanya penetapan tersangka sekaligus penahanan terhadap ketiganya. Kepada sejumlah awak media, Nurwinardi pun menuturkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil penyidikan pada Mei 2020, ternyata PT. TJM telah menerima dana penyertaan modal dari Pemkab Pulau Taliabu sebesar Rp1,5 miliar, namun yang menjadi masalah adalah perusahan diduga ilegal lantaran bukan perseroan dan tidak berbadan hukum.<\/p>\n

\u201cPerusahaan tersebut ternyata bukan perseroan daerah dan tidak berbadan hukum, sehingga dinilai tidak layak menerima kucuran dana dari pemerintah daerah,\u201dkatanya, Rabu (3\/9).<\/p>\n

Setelah menerima dana tersebut lanjutnya, manajemen PT.TJM tidak dapat pertanggungjawabkan penggunaan dana penyertaan modal tersebut hingga akhirnya merugikan keuangan negara mencapai Rp1,5 miliar.<\/p>\n

\u201cMereka tidak dapat pertanggungjawabkan dana, sehingga atas perbuatan para tersangka ini membuat negara mengalami kerugian keuangan sebesar 1,5 miliar, sebagaimana yang tercantum didalam Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (LHP) Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Maluku Utara,\u201dungkapnya.<\/p>\n

Sebelumnya menurut Kajari Taliabu, dalam proses penyidikan, penyidik telah memeriksa 23 orang saksi serta menghadirkan dua orang ahli untuk kepentingan penyidikan lebih lanjut yang pada akhirnya menjerat ketiga sebagai tersangka.<\/p>\n

Pasal 18 ayat (1) huruf b Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 Jo. Pasal 55 ayat (1) KUHP.
