Minimnya pelayanan, dianggap menyusahkan warga. Keberadaan Nazarudin sebagai Sekretaris Camat (Sekcam) pun dipertanyakan. Sebab dirinya tak kunjung terlihat. Sang Camat Zakaruddin saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan kondisi pelayanan di Kantor Camat. Ia mengaku, ketidakhadiran Sekcamnya Nazarudin sudah disampaikan ke pihak Kepegawaian Halsel hanya saja tak digubris.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Sekcam memang sudah tak berkantor. Ia (Nazarudin) sudah saya tegur baik lisan maupun secara tertulis tapi tetap sama hasilnya sama\u00a0saja,&#8221;keluh Zakaruddin. Kamis (19\/09).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kekosongan Sekcam di Kantor Camat, sambung Zakaruddin membuatnya kewalahan. Makanya, banyak program terbengkalai. Apalagi dalam program itu banyak melibatkan peran Sekcam.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Saya harap Bupati Halsel Bahrain Kasuba segera mengganti Sekcam. Berulang kali saya tegus tapi Nazarudin banyak alasan,&#8221;tutupnya.
