HARIANHALMAHERA.COM– <\/strong><\/em>empat orang agen jamaah umrah masing-masing berinial S, DH, I dan AI, terancam diadukan oleh PT Beteravel Indonesia Perkasa ke Polres Ternate. Pasalnya, keempat agen tersebut diduga melakukan tindak pidana penipuan hingga menyebabkan perusahaan rugi capai miliaran rupiah.<\/p>\n

Ancaman polisikan empat agen tersebut disampaikan oleh penasihat hukum PT Beteravel Indonesia Perkasa, M. Bahtiar Husni yang didampingi dua orang kliennya Rirynsusanti Muhammad dan Lisna Yanti Barmawi.<\/p>\n

Bahtiar pun mengatakan bahwa empat agen yang diduga terlibat dalam dugaan kasus penipuan tersebut masing-masing inisial S dengan jumlah total kerugian Rp249 juta, DH Rp567 juta, I sebesar Rp240 juta serta AI.<\/p>\n

\u201cTotal jamaah yang akan berangkat umrah itu 57 orang. Seharusnya pembayaran dilakukan ke rekening PT Beteravel Indonesia Perkasa, akan tetapi para jamaah justru mentransfer ke rekening pribadi empat agen tersebut,\u201dkatanya, Jumat (9\/1).<\/p>\n

Modusnya lanjut Bahtiar, para agen itu diduga dengan sengaja mencatut nama PT Beteravel Indonesia Perkasa untuk kepentingan penyelenggaraan ibadah umrah dan haji, tanpa menyetorkan dana jamaah ke rekening resmi perusahaan.<\/p>\n

\u201cSetelah dana diterima, para agen tersebut kembali mentransfer uang ke rekening atas nama Asnawi Ibrahim untuk dikumpulkan. Jadi mereka dengan sengaja membawa nama perusahaan untuk kepentingan umrah maupun haji,\u201dungkapnya.<\/p>\n

Perbuatan para terlapor menurutnya, tentu telah menimbulkan kerugian besar bagi perusahaan dan memenuhi unsur tindak pidana penipuan.<\/p>\n

\u201cTindakan tersebut dapat dikategorikan sebagai penipuan dan akan kami tempuh jalur hukum.
