HARIANHALMAHERA.COM–<\/strong><\/em>Pemerintah akan merekrut calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) 2019 sebanyak 197.117 posisi. Khusus untuk formasi guru disebutkan paling banyak disediakan mencapai 60.000 formasi. Hanya saja, Ikatan Guru Indonesia (IGI) menyebut masih kurang.<\/p>\n

Ketua Umum Pengurus Pusat IGI Muhammad Ramli Rahim mengatakan, formasi yang ada menunjukkan rendahnya keberpihakan pemerintah terhadap pendidikan Indonesia. Pasalnya, berdasarkan data IGI, jumlah guru pensiun dalam kurun waktu 2020-2024 mencapai 391.644 orang sementara guru yang sudah pensiun di tahun 2017-2018 mencapai 90.287 orang.<\/p>\n

\u201cSebanyak 60.000 formasi guru ini kemungkinan tak akan cukup mengganti guru pensiun di tahun 2019 yang mencapai 62.759 orang. Jumlah ini belum termasuk yang berpindah tugas ke struktural, diangkat menjadi kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah yang tak lagi memiliki kewajiban mengajar,\u201d kata Ramli, dilansir\u00a0beritasatu.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cSeleksi CPNS 2019 ini tentu saja akan bertugas paling cepat tahun 2020 sementara pada tahun 2020 jumlah guru pensiun mencapai 72.976 guru. Jika melihat data-data tersebut, maka di mana keberpihakan pemerintah terhadap dunia pendidikan kita?\u201d sambungnya.<\/p>\n

Ramli menuturkan, Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Mendikbud), Nadiem Makarim, harus berjuang ekstra keras terkait ketersediaan guru ini. Pasalnya, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Indonesia, semua harus dimulai dari guru.<\/p>\n

\u201cJika pendidikan terus menerus dibiarkan dikelola oleh orang-orang yang status gurunya tidak jelas dan pendapatannya di bawah Rp 150.000 per bulan maka lompatan yang dijanjikan tak akan pernah terwujud,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n

Ia menyebutkan, lebih dari satu juta tenaga pendidikan di Indonesia tak jelas statusnya dan tak jelas pendapatannya, bahkan jauh lebih rendah dari pendapatan buruh kasar atau buruh bangunan. \u201cJika terkait data guru dan perbandingan siswa dan guru, mereka, satu juta guru yang status dan pendapatannya tidak jelas ini akan digunakan sebagai data pemanis. Namun jika berbicara status dan pendapatan, mereka diabaikan,\u201d kecamnya.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, Ramli menilai, hingga saat ini pemerintah belum pernah tegas terhadap keharusan menempatkan guru PNS di sekolah-sekolah negeri dan masih membiarkan guru-guru PNS bertugas di sekolah swasta, sementara kewajiban utama pemerintah di sekolah negeri belum dituntaskan.<\/p>\n

Menurutnya, guru adalah prasyarat pendidikan. \u201cJika Nadiem tak sanggup menuntaskan masalah guru, maka jangan pernah berharap pendidikan kita lebih baik.
