Nanas juga mengandung vitamin B dan enzim bromelain yang baik untuk memproduksi energi dalam tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Nanas yang disebut menyebabkan keputihan ternyata hanyalah mitos. Nanas justru bermanfaat untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri haid karena kandungan mangan yang dimilikinya.<\/p>\n<p>Wanita yang sering mengeluhkan PMS dilaporkan memiliki kadar mangan dalam tubuh yang jauh lebih rendah.
