Selain proyek pembangunan gedung Islamic Center, nasib serupa juga terjadi pada proyek pembangunan gedung Dharma Wanita di Lapangan Sasadu Desa Acango Jailolo.<\/p>\n<p>Proyek yang telah masuk 4 tahun itu, hingga saatnini bahkan tidak ada kepastian kapan dilanjutkan. Alhasil bangunan tersebut tampak dibiarkan tidak terurus. Padahal, pantauan di lapangan proyek itu tinggal menyisakan pemsangan jendela, dan pintu serta lantai.<\/p>\n<p>Data yang dihimpun koran ini, proyek tersebut berdasarkan tahap perencanaan menelan anggaran sebesar Rp 2 Miliar. Dimana tahap awal tahun 2016 dianggarkan sebesar satu\u00a0 Rp 1 miliar, kemudian ditahun 2017 kembali dianggarkan sebesar Rp 500 juta melalui APBD-P, setelah itu tidak lagi dianggarkan pemkab.<\/p>\n<p>Anggota komisi III Asdian Taluke menilai tidak terselesaikannya proyek itu tentunya sangat merugikan daerah. Bangunan yang hampir 75 persen rampung itu, mestinya dituntaskan sehingga dapat digunakan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi ini perencanaannya juga terkesan kurang matang. Mestinya ada skala priroritas untuk masyarakat,ini kan terkesan meghamburkan uang daerah,&#8221; cetusya.<\/p>\n<p>Kadis PUPR Halbar M.
