Penemu obat herbal anti-body golobe dan laor ini, menjadi pencetus ide pendirian bank khusus kampus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gagasan tersebut diutarakan pendiri Stikmah Tobelo ini pada forum Rapat Pengurus Pusat Pleno (RKPP) ke-6 Asosiasi Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Indonesia (APTISI) yang digelar di Surabaya 28-30 Januari.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cGagasan saya soal bank kampus ini sudah dalam bentuk draf yang sudah disampaikan ke tim perumus. Nantinya akan dijadikan salah satu program pokok APTISI,\u201d kata dr Arend, Jumat (31\/1).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dijelaskan, bank APTISI atau bank nusantara ini nantinya beranggotakan seluruh Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Dia menyabut jumlah PTS saat ini mencapai 4.500 lebih.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cKehadiran bank ini tentu salah satu solusi mengatasi masalah keuangan kampus dalam pengembangan Sarpras, SDM, teknologi dan kebutuhan lainnya,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di sisi lain, sebanyak lima jutaan mahasiswa calon nasabah jika rata-rata melakukan transaksi Rp2-3 jutaan untuk membayar SPP per semester, maka dana segar setiap tahun bisa mencapai Rp 20-30 triliun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIni harus direspon positif, sehingga kampus-kampus kecil juga terbantu dalam pengembangan institusinya,\u201d sebutnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selain bank ini, dr Arend juga ikut mengusulkan dikembangkannya mobil nusantara yang akan berkolaborasi dengan investor korea. Bahkan bisa juga mengembangkan RS, klinik apotek, atau caf\u00e9. Semua ini bisa lahir dari forum APTISI,\u201d tandasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ia pun sangat berharap gagasan tersebut bisa didukung semua anggota APTISI untuk direalisasikan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cUntuk APTISI di Malut sudah terbentuk.
